When will I receive my bike?
If the bike you purchased is in stock, we will process your order within 2 business days. Once shipped, it should arrive at your address within 3 to 7 business days.
What is the maximum speed of the ES500 PRO?
The ES500 PRO can travel at a constant speed of 25 km/h. After unlocking the speed, it can reach up to 35 km/h.
