Delivery Policy

Order processing and shipping

  1. Electric bikes in stock

    • After your order, we process orders within 2–3 business days .

    • Shipping from our warehouse in Poland , delivery expected within 3–7 business days (times vary depending on customs clearance and local transport).

  2. Pre-order models

    • Pre-ordered bikes are shipped as soon as they arrive in the warehouse, depending on the delivery time.

    • In case of delay, you will be informed by email as soon as possible.

  3. Shipping accessories

    • Standard accessories (lights, chain guard, mudguard, etc.) shipped from our warehouse in China , delivery within 14–20 working days .

    • Custom accessories (battery, motor, hub, etc.) requiring manufacturing or customization, expected shipping within 30–35 business days after payment.

    • Accessories and bike are shipped separately ; please track each tracking number.


Shipping costs and delivery area

  • Free delivery on the entire store.

  • Delivery area : all countries of the European Union .

  • Exceptions : some islands or risk areas may be inaccessible; before ordering, please check your address by email at service@lankeleisifr.com .

  • Right of withdrawal (14 days EU) : In accordance with the European Directive, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification. To initiate the procedure, contact us by email at service@lankeleisifr.com . Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.


Modification and cancellation of order

  • Cancellation Deadline : To cancel, email service@lankeleisifr.com within 2 hours of your purchase. After this time, cancellation is no longer possible.

  1. Order confirmation

    • You will receive a confirmation email after payment. Please check shipping address , model and color .

    • If there is an error, please contact us immediately by email at service@lankeleisifr.com .

  2. Modification limits

    • Once shipped, any changes (address, order suspension, delivery parameters, model/color change) may delay delivery, exchange or refund.

    • If an accessory exchange is necessary after shipment, the return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. After shipment

    • Any post-shipment modification request cannot be guaranteed.


Return and liability

  1. Transport liability

    • We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage caused by the carrier (FedEx or other).

    • Please check the condition of the package upon receipt. If there is any damage, please send a photo or video by email to service@lankeleisifr.com .

  2. Return costs

    • Returns without defects (personal reason, order error, etc.): return costs to be paid by the customer, non-refundable. Please use a tracked service with insurance.

    • Return for defect : please refer to the detailed return conditions in our T&Cs.

  3. Third-party transport

    • For any shipment outside the standard Lankeleisi process (third-party carrier), we cannot provide additional information or documents.

  4. Limited Warranty and Claim

Specific terms for accessories

  1. Monitoring and reception

    • Check the tracking provided by the carrier.

    • If delivery fails, the package is kept at the relay point for up to 5 days before being returned to the sender.

  2. Reshipping

    • If the package is returned to us, the customer must pay the reshipping costs and send an email to service@lankeleisifr.com .

    • Upon receipt of payment, we will proceed with the new shipment.

  3. Order error

    • In the event of an incorrect accessory being ordered, cancellation and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • For any compatibility questions, contact us before ordering by email : service@lankeleisifr.com .

  4. Coordination

    • Some accessories (pedals, etc.) require confirmation of your specifications. Without a response, the order may be canceled and you will be notified by email .
