Our technicians are directly responsible for warranty information. They are available to assist you according to the conditions described below.
This warranty applies only to the original owner of Lankeleisi electric bicycles purchased exclusively from our official website https://lankeleisifr.com/ . No other sales channel (resellers, distributors, etc.) is authorized to offer this warranty. It is limited to a one-time replacement of defective parts, at the sole discretion of Lankeleisi.
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from failure to follow the instructions in the owner's manual, acts of God, accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally designed for or incompatible with the bicycle sold, user error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or poor maintenance.
A full bicycle replacement will only be granted in extreme cases. In this case, the original bicycle must be returned to the Lankeleisi factory for inspection and repair before a new bicycle is sent. If a repair is possible, a new bicycle will not always be sent.
This warranty does not include accessories, consumables, or normal wear and tear parts. Lankeleisi shall not be liable for any damage, failure, or loss resulting from unauthorized service or the use of unofficial parts.
Any damage occurring during transport must be reported to Lankeleisi within a reasonable time via our after-sales service, by email to: service@lankeleisifr.com .
In no event shall Lankeleisi be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or economic loss, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability.
Lankeleisi reserves the right to charge a minimum service fee, the cost of replacement parts, in cases where the warranty policy does not apply. All replacements are limited to one time per item. All individual warranty shipments must be prepaid and insured by the customer. Lankeleisi will not be responsible for packages lost during return. The warranty may be voided in appropriate cases. Lankeleisi reserves the right to modify and update its warranty policy at any time, with or without prior notification.
Every electric bike purchased through the official website https://lankeleisifr.com/ carries a limited manufacturer's warranty for the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship, including the following individual components:
Tires, brake pads, kickstand, and pedals are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship. Each bike is limited to one replacement per part.
Since these parts are consumables subject to wear and tear, it is recommended that, once the warranty has expired, you purchase original parts from our website for replacement.
The braking system, gear shifting system, pedals, electric assist, control buttons, throttle, and headlight are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship. Each bike is limited to one replacement per part.
After this 6-month period, any repair or replacement must be paid for by the customer.
The lithium battery, motor, display, controller, charger, and fork are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship. Each bike is limited to one replacement per part.
The battery warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, use of an improper charger (not specified), improper maintenance, misuse, normal wear and tear, or water damage.
This warranty covers the bicycle frame. It covers non-compliant defects, such as natural cracks, de-welding, or breakage, for three years.
Please note that cycling equipment purchased at your expense, bicycle accessories and wear parts are not covered by this warranty policy, but are included in our return policy.
Parts subject to normal wear and tear during normal use are not covered by the warranty. These include the chain, rims, spokes, brake pads, mineral oil for hydraulic brakes, inner tubes, tires, brake discs, grips, and the saddle. Maintenance and replacement of these components are the sole responsibility of the owner.
Lankeleisi warranty claims are processed by submitting a support ticket, which is required to obtain warranty replacement parts. This process is done from our support page on the website and requires your order number. The ticket allows direct contact via email with our certified technicians. Once your request is submitted, you will receive a response within 48 hours. As part of the warranty process, you may be asked to perform certain tests and send photos or videos to the technicians to accurately diagnose the problem and recommend the most appropriate solution. For example, you may be asked to measure the battery voltage using a voltmeter and send a photo of the result via email. Lankeleisi will review your case and guide you through any additional testing required.
If a component is found to be defective or damaged through no user error, we will issue a replacement part. We will assist you in replacing any defective part. We will replace any parts found to be damaged during shipment. We will provide the owner with a replacement product if the product cannot be repaired after a reasonable number of attempts, as determined by Lankeleisi Team.
Lankeleisi will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged part. We will not offer warranty service to second owners. We will not replace any part damaged by the user. We will not pay for any third-party service or part replacement unless pre-arranged for a fix. We will not pay for return shipping for any damaged or defective product or component.
Lankeleisi will not cover damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service. For more information, please see our return policy.
All claims related to this warranty must be made to Lankeleisi. Proof of purchase will be required for any warranty claim. Before filing a claim, we recommend contacting our customer service team, as your issue can sometimes be easily resolved. Valid claims will be processed by Lankeleisi within one year of the purchase date. You can submit your warranty claim via a support ticket on our support page.
Upon receipt, IMMEDIATELY inspect your products for any damage. Shipping damage claims are extremely time-sensitive: they must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Before signing the delivery receipt, note any damage found on it, and sign with the carrier. Take dated photos as soon as possible and retain all packaging and documentation until the inspection process is complete. To report damage, submit a claim via a support ticket on our help page within 14 days of delivery.
If, for any reason, a credit card payment dispute—regardless of the amount—is initiated on an order and the customer is still in possession of the product(s) concerned, the warranty will be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
In cases where a warranty part replacement is necessary, Lankeleisi may require that the defective part be returned to our facility, at Lankeleisi's discretion. The defective part must be received by Lankeleisi prior to shipment of the replacement part. Lankeleisi will provide a prepaid return label for the return and exchange of the defective part, subject to Lankeleisi's authorization. If a prepaid return label is provided to the customer, the customer is required to return the defective part within a reasonable time (within 10 days), unless otherwise agreed upon with Lankeleisi.
Upon receipt of the returned defective part, an inspection will be performed to detect possible shipping damage. If the part is damaged beyond the limits allowed for testing, Lankeleisi reserves the right to demand payment. Failure to comply with the conditions set forth in this section may result in refusal of service, voiding of warranties, and/or permanent cancellation of orders.
Riding any type of bicycle carries inherent, unforeseeable, and unavoidable risks that can lead to serious accidents, injuries, or even death. It is the cyclist's responsibility to be aware, informed, and prepared to ride safely.
Lankeleisi STRONGLY RECOMMENDS all customers have their bicycle inspected and tested by a certified mechanic before first use. A complete inspection of each component of the bicycle ensures that it is safe to use. Lankeleisi does not guarantee that the brakes, derailleurs, motor, stem, rims, spokes, fork, or any other component are properly secured and adjusted upon arrival.
Before each ride, inspect the entire bike to ensure all parts are properly adjusted and secure.
Lankeleisi disclaims all liability for any damages or consequences resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper assembly of its bicycles. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, economic loss, serious accidents, or death.
The maximum speeds and ranges listed for each bike are estimates and are not a guarantee of actual performance. Many factors affect bike performance, including but not limited to: PAS level, rider weight, cargo weight, terrain type, gradient, pedal use, wind conditions, temperature, and tire pressure. Depending on conditions, actual speeds and ranges may differ from our estimates.
Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Lankeleisi. We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, sometimes situations do not allow us to find a satisfactory solution for all parties.
We understand that when you contact our customer service or technicians (via support ticket), an issue has arisen that requires a solution. We are committed to working with you to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. However, to do so, we rely on your help, cooperation, and patience. We strive to provide respectful and courteous customer service, and expect the same kindness in return.
